So & So @ The Manor is a creative community of offices, desks, meeting rooms, rehearsal space, and a pop-up performance space.

We’re here to make art and ambition accessible and affordable for all.

With benefits like great public transport links (we’re in Zone 2) and 30 minutes to Central London, an onsite gym, cafe, 24 hour security, cheap parking, business broadband, and fantastic communal space.

We have fantastic private and secure offices in which you can rent per desk at just £200 pcm all-inclusive. You’ll be sharing with other artists, creatives, and movers and shakers. Or you can rent the whole private office with a discount. Whole rooms are either £600 or £700 pcm. Rooms range in size but comfortably fit 3 or 4 desks and are all 100sqft+.

All prices quoted are inclusive of bills, rates, VAT, so there are no hidden costs.
