The studio has electricity, lighting, and an original wooden floor. The ceiling height si 19 ft, there is enough height to put in a mezzanine floor.

The studio has skylights to let in natural light.

There are communal toilets, sinks and showers in the building.

The warehouse has 24 hour access, and is home to a mixture of artists, photographers, sculptors and designers.

The Landlord is artist friendly, and is flexible as to what the warehouse may be used for.
