The building has shared high-speed WiFi and 24 hour access, with secure entry via key fob and CCTV monitoring. There is a large fully equipped shared kitchen with  a fridge, oven, and washing machine, there are also communal toilets and a shower in the building.

The rest of the building is occupied by artists, designers, photographers and other like minded people.

The neighbouring Craving Coffee café serves up artisan coffee, tasty food, and local craft beers, and regularly hosts exhibitions, installations, and pop-up events in their adjacent gallery space.
