The doorbell buzzer system  is linked to tenants mobile phones – when anyone rings the buzzer for the unit, the tenant’s mobile phone will ring (even if the tenant is away from the unit, i.e. at home – you can know when visitors arrive at your unit)

The building is very secure, as well as the door entry system there are 40 CCTV cameras installed in the building.

There is shared WIFI, and the building has 24 hour access.

The rest of the building is occupied by artists, photographers, painters, fashion designers and other creative types.

There is a small bike store, and parking is available on site.

The local cafes serve up delicious food, coffees and there are also bars for locally brewed ale.

The area is also very well known for its art galleries, art studios, exhibitions, installations and pop-up restaurants.

Nearest Station: Hackney Wick Station (overground) / Bow Road Station (underground / DLR)
