1800 sq ft riverside studio space available in warehouse with 16ft high roof available in E3 Hackney Wick, Fish Island, Autumn Street.

The space consists of a large photo studio (1000 sq ft), a smaller studio (550 sq ft), and an outside riverside area of 550 sq ft. There is also a mooring space for a boat. Boat NOT included.

The riverside area is currently grass covered and decking, but new decking is being put on. If you’re a photographer with a boat I can’t think of a better space in London!

The larger space (1000 sq ft) has a 16ft high roof and is open plan, with a lighting rig and full electrics. There are two large windows (which can be blacked out), the floor is concrete, and the whole space has been painted black. There is a door leading from this studio to the riverside area.

The smaller studio (550 sq ft) has an infinity curve for shooting, and a large window. It also has a concrete floor.

There is communal seating in the reception area, and a communal sink. There are 2 sets of toilets ( each containing 3 WC’s) – one set will be allocated to the unit ( so you have 3 private WCs)

There is 24 hour access to the building.

There is also a car park at the front of the warehouse, and also an outside covered seating area next to the car park, with seats and a table.

The unit backs onto the River Lea, and is 1 minute from the artists studios in the Peanut Factory, Dace Road.

Suitable for photography, rehearsal space, dance/performance space, photographic studio, film studio, offices, art studios, art gallery, light industrial workshop etc.
