The studio is 180 sq ft in total size with a roof height of 10 ft. 

This studio will have concrete flooring and white walls, electricity, lighting and heating.

The studio has 24 hour access.

The warehouse is currently being refurbished, the wood beams will be removed from the studio and the windows will be clear. 

There are shared showers, toilets and water located in many different parts of the building.

Nearest Station: Wembley Central (10 mins walk)

Can be used for a variety of purposes… either for artists / sculptors / photographers / designers / painters / writers or as a design studio / office for companies etc …
